Process to Become a Member
Step 1: Expression of Interest - Express Interest
Express Interest
Submit your Expression of Interest to let us know you meet the basic qualifications as well as let us know why you want to be a NISOA Referee. Your Expression of Interest will be directed to a Local Chapter near you.
Step 2: Local Chapter - Find Local Chapter

Once we receive your Expression of Interest, you will be contacted by a Local Chapter to discuss your application. You’ll need to take your NISOA Exam and Fitness Test through your local Chapter. Once completed, they will assist you in submitting your NISOA Application form.
Step 3: NISOA Application - Download Application Form
Form
After you have completed your NISOA Exam and Fitness Test you are ready to complete your NISOA Application form. Simply fill in the details and send it back with your dues payment to your Local Chapter who will submit it on your behalf.
